I’m thrilled with how this pattern turned out! The neck straps were a kinda confusing but I’ve only been crocheting for about two months, so I think that may be more related to my learning to read patterns, rather than the pattern itself. I used chain instead of yarn since I’m planning on wearing it to a wedding in September, and it really elevated the design nicely! Couldn’t be happier

Pattern is super well written and easy to follow. This was my first attempt at reading a crochet pattern and I learned a lot of lessons in the process, namely that I'll never ignore a gauge swatch again. My rookie error made my piece come out a bit wrong even though the pattern was written to prevent my mistake. I feel confident that the next time I try to make this piece it will come out exactly how it's supposed to.

Finally got around to trying it, the keyhole was the hardest part for me but that was likely a newbie error. Thanks for the great pattern!

As always Mermaidcat patterns blow me away with how beautiful and easy to follow they are!!! I’m like a kid playing Pokémon, I gotta have them all 😂
